Our mission is to create value for our customers with a human and family centered focus for our employees and affiliates. We believe that this occurs in the process of creating partnerships with our customers, suppliers, distributors, and each other.

Our goal is to maintain a reputation for providing quality products and services with the flexibility and sensitivity for customer needs and rapid turnaround, as required. In order to facilitate this we; Must constantly strive to reduce our overhead costs in order to maintain reasonable prices. Must service customers’ orders promptly and accurately, address complaints objectively and in a timely manner. Must allow our suppliers and distributors the opportunity to make a fair profit. We are responsible to our employees. The human dignity of each individual must be recognized and respected. Working conditions must be clean, orderly, and safe. An environment must be created where employees feel free to make suggestions and complaints. There must be equal opportunity for employment, development and advancement for those qualified. Above all, we must be good citizens – support good works and charities – and bear our fair share of taxes. We must be social minded and encouraged civil improvements. Our final responsibility is to our company and its profitability and growth. It is everyone’s responsibility to suggest new ideas. New products, relative to our business, must be taken on and represented. Our employees must be encouraged to expand their field of knowledge, both for business and personal growth. New equipment must be purchased, new facilities provided, and new products launched. Reserves must be provided for adverse times. When we operate according to these principles, our customers, suppliers, employees, and company should realize a fair return. By fostering a dynamic of growth from the bottom up, we will enjoy not only improved quality of life, but will give a whole new meaning to how the term “doing business” in understood.
